Weight Watchers Wednesday

This will be a short post, but I am down 1.6 pounds this week. I don't have a CLUE as to how that happened, because on Friday I ate about 10 mini snickers, then had a birthday party on Saturday, then proceeded to eat about 10 more mini snickers on Monday. What the what? I am OOC (out of control) on some mini candies! I had to give the entire bag of birthday chocolate from my team to my students so I wouldn't eat them! Redic I tell ya.

So, I have two questions for you all.
1. Do you think your weeks "catch up" to you in WW the following week?
2. I can't remember the other one now-oh well.

  4. Yay!! Awesome!!! I think that it is a mental thing like Bob and Jillian always talk about on the BL. I think that when you're craving something and you don't indulge, you don't lose weight. But when you're craving something and you indulge, your mind is alleviated of some stress that prevents you from losing weight. I don't think it makes a lot of sense, but I think that stress hinders weight loss. Like me this week!
