    I used a header they have on Shabby Blogs and I edited it Picnik. It is a Free program but you can pay a minimal fee and you have more fonts and pictures to use. The stockings and the font came from their site! I know Cutest Blog on the Block has some Christmas Headers as well. A lot of sites have backgrounds just not headers!
