Here is my menu for this upcoming week. As always, comment or email me if you want a recipe. We are cleaning out the freezer and eating some of this junk! I am tired of 100$/week on groceries when I have craploads of food to cook. Also, I need more space for the boob milk. :D

Monday-poppyseed chicken and broccoli
Tuesday-baked tomato spaghetti, salad
Wednesday-grilled pork chops, roasted potatoes, green beans
Thursday-turkey burgers, baked Lay's, salad
Friday-frozen pizza, broccoli, salad
Saturday-grilled pork chops, twice baked potatoes, grilled asparagus
Sunday-hashbrown casserole (reduced fat), biscuits, turkey bacon
OK, can you tell I am getting rid of the pork chops? Also, I found 3 half full bags of hashbrowns in the freezer! Ridic! I said reduced fat hashbrown casserole because I am using reduced fat cheese, reduced fat sausage (who knew!), and half and half instead of the full fat stuff.

ReplyDeleteCas loves hashbrown casserole. He was just asking me last night to make it! I make almost the same chicken casserole as Kelli. It is on my food blog~that must be updated~but it was my Mom's recipe and I love it! I have made that ranch chicken on there and the green bean bundles! They are delish!
